Please note that the previous cotton service request app is no longer active and can no longer be used to submit service requests. Moving forward, all cotton service requests should be submitted through the new online form.

  • It is fast and easy to use

This gives customers a more convenient way to reach the Tama support team whenever service assistance is needed.

As part of Tama Assist, customers can now submit cotton service requests through a new online Service Request form, available on the Tama website.

Please note that the previous cotton service request app is no longer active and can no longer be used to submit service requests. From now on, all cotton service requests should be submitted through the new online form.
