Traceability

A journey from field to fabric

Throughout the Cotton Belt, from the seed, through the field via the gin, and to the mill, U.S. cotton is traceable, transparent, and efficient. Each TamaWrap+^® includes 4 RFID tags for unique module identification, ensuring full traceability and association of ginned bale data with the seed cotton module and field. It integrates with John Deere Harvest ID, Cotton Pro, and the John Deere Operations Center, leading the way in traceable cotton production.

Designed to be recyclable

TamaWrap is made of Linear low-density Polyethylene (LLDPE), which can be efficiently repurposed into new products. Recycling our plastic wraps supports the development of a circular economy.

Easy to collect & Recycle

On the way to a new life cycle

After their removal in the gin, The TamaWrap® are collected, compressed, and sold to recyclers, thus creating an extra income for the gin, and maintaining the circular recycling chain.
